The Appraisal Department is responsible for establishing the current market value on all real estate, both commercial and residential, and the appraisal of all business personal property in the county according to the Alabama Department of Revenue appraisal standards.
It is our goal to create equitable, timely, and accurate property tax values throughout Russell County.
